Service Description

We remove and replace the dead parts of the lawn, the whole lawn or parts that simply just have to much crab grass, creeping charlie and clovers. Our soil and sod that we use has a 10% mix of sand to add good drainage in your lawn making it easier for the roots to get situated into the new lawn, preventing water from pooling and making it easier for the grass roots to absorb the water during a rainfall or scheduled watering. Our step by step process: - Removal of 1.5"-2" of existing lawn and topsoil - Install 1"-2"of our nutrient rich topsoil - Use sod roller to compact soil creating a flat compact surface to lay sod - Install 2'x4.5' (9 square feet) Kentucky Bluegrass sod rolls - Use sod roller once more to have the roots of the sod rolls properly contacting the soil underneath leaving no folds or gaps
